Standard configuration of Folder Gluer
Feeding Section: vacuum assistant feeding carriers; pile vibrator; pneumatic lifter.
Pre-folding Section: 3 lanes carrier construction with upper carrier belts transmission system; the pre-breaking sword for 1st creasing by 180° and the belt pre-breaking device for 3rd creasing line by 135°.
4/6 Corner Section: independent section for 4/6 corner tools for easy changeover.
Lock-bottom Section: 3 lanes carriers construction, easy for mounting various tools with stable performance.
Lower Gluer: accurate volume control avoids the glue splash at high speed; equipped both sides.
Final-folding Section: upper carrier belts transmission system assures much more stable running of thick solid board or corrugated cardboard in big format; independent speed regulator for left & right folding belts.
Transfer Section: telescopic upper and lower carriers easily adapt to most box formats; both high-speed kicker counter and spraying counter; camera for live status; jam detector; integrated linear ejection.
